Our Services

Onsite Marketing Shoots $1800-$3200

Marketing Photography Sessions
This up to 6 hour photo shoot is tailored to your advertising and social media needs. It’s designed to showcase your business in the most professional and authentic light; highlighting your products, talents, and environment to attract potential customers and employees.

What’s Included:

  • A pre-session meeting to create a shot list of everything you need highlighted and advertised. Example here

  • As many high-quality images we deem useable after the session will be edited and delivered. No limits on the number of photos!

  • A full staff group photo.

  • Once delivered, the images are yours to use indefinitely for any purpose that aligns with your business or personal needs. While you retain full rights to your images, Vern Media LLC reserves the right to use them for our marketing purposes.

Add-on Options:

  • Professional headshots

  • Specific, professionally lit product photos

  • Photography at jobsite(s)

  • Multiple group shots

  • Pictures of and with company vehicles

  • Extensive building and property photos

  • Marketing session paired with live music

Additional Details:

  • The shoot will take place at your business, either during or after hours, with you and your employees as the models.

  • Time is needed before and after the shoot for setting up and taking down lighting and equipment.

  • If professional models are required, this will incur additional fees and coordination time.

Payment Details:

  • A non-refundable $150 booking fee is required to secure your session.

  • 50% of the total cost is due on or before the day of the shoot.

Headshots $175, Products $175 Per Product

Headshots & Product Photography
Whether you need professional headshots or stunning product photos, we’re here to help you present your best side.

Headshots:
Perfect for business professionals, team members, or creative talent, our headshot sessions capture polished and approachable images that reflect your personality and brand.

Product Photography:
Showcase your products in the best light with high-quality, detailed photos that grab attention and highlight the unique features of your offerings.

Customizable Options:

  • Sessions can take place at your location or one of our choosing.

  • We’ll work with you to ensure the style and composition align with your brand identity.

Payment Details:

  • A non-refundable $150 booking fee is required to secure your session.

  • 50% of the total cost is due on or before the day of the shoot.

Delivery and Usage

Editing and Image Delivery
After your shoot is complete, our in-house editing process (never subcontracted) will take up to 8 weeks to ensure every image meets our high standards.

Delivery Options:

  • Images will be delivered digitally via an encrypted folder.

  • A USB drive is available upon request for an additional $10 per drive.

Optimized for Your Needs:

  • Each image will be optimized at half quality for online and social media use.

  • Full-quality files for printing are available upon request at no additional cost.

Your Rights:
Once delivered, the images are yours to use indefinitely for any purpose that aligns with your business or personal needs. While you retain full rights to the images, Vern Media LLC reserves the right to use them for our marketing purposes.

Commercial Events

If you wish to use us to document your commercial events we are available for booking. All applies above as far as delivery, usage and storage. These will be a one to two photographer shoot.

  • Two Hour Event $600

  • Four Hour Event $1200

  • All day event 8-10 hours $2700

    Editing and delivery of images will take 4-8 weeks. Express editing is available for events only, 25 images delivered in a week for an additional $250. There is no image cap, all images we determine are usable will be edited and delivered to you.

Non-Refundable $150 Down at booking and 50% down expected at or before the day of the event

Photo Storage:
Your photos will be stored online for two months after delivery. After this period, they will be kept offline indefinitely. If you need them reuploaded, a $250 reupload fee will apply

    If so, having a photographer on retainer could be the perfect solution for you! At Vern Media LLC, we offer retainer services for select clients, providing you with the flexibility and expertise you need to keep your visuals fresh and consistent.
